Hi, I'm Bonnie,
When I lost my husband to cancer at a young age, I suddenly found myself navigating life as a single parent to our 5‑year‑old son. Taking care of myself became more essential than ever. My son was counting on me. I remember how heavy it felt to juggle raising a child, managing a home, working, and trying to hold myself together in the midst of it all. I know how overwhelming and exhausting it can be to stay afloat when life asks more of you than you ever expected.
Regardless of the circumstances, I was determined to give my son a happy life. And, I also know that, right now, you have everything within you to build the life you dream of. It may not look the way you thought it would, but we'll figure it out together. You are doing your very best. You are doing an amazing job. Be proud of every single step you take!
Because of this experience, I had to learn how to move through a world that suddenly felt unfamiliar. Along the way, I realized that there must be many others carrying the same quiet weight as I was. I became a health and wellness coach because I wanted to be the person I once needed.
My life experiences have shaped my passion for health and wellness, and it's been strengthened by the professional training and education that guide my work every day.

Lifestyle Medicine focuses on the power of small, daily habits like movement, nourishing food, sleep, and stress management to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease.
