As someone who learned to navigate life as a single parent after losing my husband to cancer at a young age, taking care of myself became essential for me and our 5-year-old son who was counting on me. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to juggle everything. Trying to keep your own health and well-being afloat while raising a family, managing a household, and working can be physically and mentally exhausting. This experience influenced my life and my approach to coaching. I'm grateful to be here to walk alongside you while providing compassion and support in a judgement free, safe space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Hi, I'm Bonnie. I am a Certified Health and Well-being Coach with a specialty in Lifestyle Medicine. Lifestyle Medicine focuses on the power of small, daily habits like movement, nourishing food, sleep, and stress management to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease. I have a B.S. in Health and Wellness Management, which gives me a foundation in health promotion, wellness education, and the science of behavior change.
