How long can you keep carrying it all?
- The support you once had from family and friends has thinned out
- You are no longer sure where you belong
- You're exhausted from the pressures of making every single decision by yourself
- There is little to no downtime from being "mom" or "dad" and you're feeling burned out
- And, on top of everything else, you're trying to hold it together at work
Find a strength you never knew you had
You may appear confident and strong on the outside for your kids' sake or because you think people expect you to be by now, but your outward appearance doesn't match the heaviness you're feeling on the inside. We'll take it step by step and create a plan to move forward in a life you're learning to live in. This isn't about teaching you how to survive loss. It's for the stage after the early grief period when you've learned how to keep functioning but are ready to intentionally shape the life you're actually living now.

This wasn't the future you imagined
I lost my husband to cancer when our son was five years old. Suddenly, I was navigating grief while becoming the only parent responsible for the everyday decisions, routines, and responsibilities that we once shared.
Life still had to keep moving, even when I didn't feel ready to move with it.
That life experience shaped my passion for health and wellness. I became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach because I wanted to provide the kind of practical, compassionate support I once needed myself.
Today, I support working widowed parents who may look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or uncertain about what comes next.
My work is centered around the REBUILD Method, a practical framework for navigating life after loss:
Regain stability. Make everyday life feel more manageable.
Establish routines. Create routines that support work, parenting, home, and your own wellbeing.
Build self-trust. Feel more confident making decisions and handling life independently.
Understand who you are now. Reconnect with your needs, values, and identity as life changes.
Integrate your new reality. Build a sustainable life that honors your loss while moving you forward.
Live with purpose. Reconnect with the relationships, interests, and goals that make life meaningful.
Design your next chapter. Get clear about what you want your life to look like from here.
My goal isn't to tell you how you should grieve or how quickly you should move forward. It's to help you feel steadier in everyday life, trust yourself again, and begin creating a life that feels meaningful to you and your family.
You may not have chosen the life you're living in, but you can choose how you build what comes next.
I bring both lived experience and professional credentials to this work:
- National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), trained through Wellcoaches
- Specialty in Lifestyle Medicine which focuses on the power of small, daily habits like movement, nourishing food, sleep, and stress management to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease.
- B.S. in Health and Wellness Management, which gives me a foundation in health promotion, wellness education, and the science of behavior change.
